Danny Newman
Danny brings over 30 years of experience in caring for patients to Medi-Stat Rx. He grew up working with his father's business, Newman's Ambulance Service in Mobile, AL. He then made the transition into home healthcare, owning and operating Home Medical Supply Center; Danny Newman Home Healthcare; Newman, Inc.; A&R Pharmacy and Newman Pharmacy.
Danny has a longstanding reputation for showing compassion and genuine concern for the care of every patient. He has earned the respect of both the medical profession and his patients for his cooperation and professionalism in home medical care. As co-owner and managing partner of Medi-Stat Rx Pharmacy, Danny has implemented the belief in quality, specialized care for each patient that he has carried throughout his professional career. |

Mark Acker
Mark began his pharmaceutical career as a pharmaceutical sales rep. in 1999. By 2000, he had started his own distributorship. In 2002 Mark partnered with Danny Newman to purchase A & R Pharmacy. The pharmacy specialized in respiratory and diabetic supplies. Soon after, the pharmacy was moved from Fort Worth, TX to Mobile, AL and became Medi-Stat Rx. In 2006, Mark and Danny, along with partner Tim Fickling, expanded the pharmacy to specialize in pain topical's. With the latest expansion, the pharmacy has moved to The McCollough Institute in Gulf Shores, AL. It is now known as Medi-Stat Rx. Medi-Stat Rx has grown to offer more specialized compounded products, continuing to meet the
ever-growing needs of its medical professionals and patients. As co-owner and managing partner of Medi-Stat Rx, Mark is a constant visionary, always striving to expand operations and customer service. |

Tim Fickling
A 1993 graduate of Auburn University, Auburn, AL, Tim has held various positions in the healthcare industry for the past 12 years. He has served as a sales rep., sales manager, and purchasing manager. In the process, he has gained an in depth knowledge of many different levels in the the industry. Tim's experience in the pharmaceutical industry also includes his position as owner/operator of a national pharmaceutical distributor in Texas. He has also served as vice-president and general manager of a large distribution center for a publicly traded pharmaceutical wholesale company.
As a managing partner and co-owner of Medi-Stat Rx, Tim's technical knowledge and experience in pharmaceuticals move day-to-day pharmacy operations forward successfully. He is currently Director of Pharmacy and Operations for Medi-Stat Rx. |

Ron Jackson
As
Head Pharmacist for Medi-Stat Rx in

Ron has been a compounding pharmacist
since 2002 and has had extensive training in
bio-identical hormone-replacement therapy.
For the past six years, he has worked along
side numerous physicians and has developed a
custom, natural program to decrease
symptoms, create long-term hormone stability
and achieve optimal health and longevity for
